Where you'll build.

A small cohort of interns placed across 7 divisions in Kingston & Toronto. Patry assigns your division based on your application and where the team needs you most. You do pick the office you're applying to, and because the Toronto studio runs Architecture and Design only, choosing it means that division.

Teams with live AI work

Every division has AI work underway, and interns join the teams where it's happening.

Executive Office

Work at the organizational level, designing, automating, and deploying systems that support every other division. It's the most cross-cutting role in the program.

Construction

The largest allocation in the internship. Build tools for project tracking, contractor management, site analytics, and cost forecasting using AI.

Marketing and Leasing

Build AI-powered websites, marketing automation, and campaign analytics for the Patry brand, plus leasing workflows like lead qualification and listing management.

Finance

Automate accounts receivable and payable processing and tenant communication using AI-powered financial tools.

Planning, Development, and Acquisitions

Use AI to streamline project planning, feasibility analysis, permit tracking, development pipeline management, and acquisition analysis across active Patry projects.

Property Management

Automate tenant communications, maintenance request routing, occupancy reporting, and property performance tracking using AI.

Architecture and Design

Also in Toronto

One intern in the new Toronto studio. Use AI for generative concepts, drawing automation, visualization, and the tools behind them. AutoCAD and Revit strongly preferred.

How placements work

Patry matches you to a division based on your skills and where the need is greatest. You apply once, and we place you where you fit best. What you do choose is the office: Kingston runs every division, while the Toronto studio runs Architecture and Design only.
